3-Minute Microwave Sponge Cake

Ingredients (6 muffin-like sponge cakes):
  • 60 g butter,
  • 60 g granulated sugar (can be unrefined),
  • 60 g wheat flour (can be wholemeal),
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder,
  • 1 egg,
  • 36 ml milk,
  • additional ingredients (choose wisely):
    • 3 tsp cocoa powder,
    • nuts,
    • raisins,
    • chocolate chips,
    • gummy bears,
    • candied ginger,
    • ...
Algorithm:
  1. Put the butter in a bowl and melt in a microwave.
  2. Mix in the rest of the ingredients (without bigger additionals).
  3. Mix in the bigger additional ingredients.
  4. Put into muffin cups (or other cups/jugs/...).
  5. Heat in the microwave oven on max power for 2--3 mins (depending on the oven).
