Ingredients (6 muffin-like sponge cakes):
- 60 g butter,
- 60 g granulated sugar (can be unrefined),
- 60 g wheat flour (can be wholemeal),
- 3/4 tsp baking powder,
- 1 egg,
- 36 ml milk,
- additional ingredients (choose wisely):
- 3 tsp cocoa powder,
- nuts,
- raisins,
- chocolate chips,
- gummy bears,
- candied ginger,
- ...
Algorithm:
- Put the butter in a bowl and melt in a microwave.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients (without bigger additionals).
- Mix in the bigger additional ingredients.
- Put into muffin cups (or other cups/jugs/...).
- Heat in the microwave oven on max power for 2--3 mins (depending on the oven).
