Chocolate syrup

Ingredients (~700 ml):
  • 2 cups (400 g) brown sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup (330 ml) water
  • 1 1/3 cup (130 g) cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Algorithm:
  1. Combine the sugar and water in a saucepan, bring to simmer.
  2. Whisk in cocoa powder.
  3. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract. Let cool. 
To make chocolate milk, combine with milk.
