Vegetarian Chilli con Carne

Ingredients (3 servings):

  • 1 onion
  • 200 g marinated tofu, cut into cubes
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli
  • 1 can of white beans
  • 1 can of red kidney beans
  • tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
Algorithm:

  1. Heat a wok on a medium heat, add onion, and stir fry until golden.
  2. Add the tofu, salt, chilli and stir fry until browned.
  3. Add the beans, tomato paste, paprika, and garlic and cook until done.
