- 2 bananas,
- 2 heaping tbsp grated coconut,
- 1.5 tbsp cocoa beans, chunks of chocolate (optional),
- 100 ml cream,
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
- 1 tbsp raw sugar.
- Peel the bananas and store them in a freezer for 24 hours.
- Remove the bananas from the freezer, cut into small chunks and put into a blender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.
- Put the blend into a plastic box and into a freezer.
- After 45 minutes check and beat with a spoon to break the ice crystals, repeat every 30 minutes until frozen.
