Banana-Coconut Ice Cream with Cocoa Chunks

Ingredients (~ 6 scoops):
  • 2 bananas,
  • 2 heaping tbsp grated coconut,
  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa beans, chunks of chocolate (optional),
  • 100 ml cream,
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract,
  • 1 tbsp raw sugar.
  1. Peel the bananas and store them in a freezer for 24 hours.
  2. Remove the bananas from the freezer, cut into small chunks and put into a blender.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.
  4. Put the blend into a plastic box and into a freezer.
  5. After 45 minutes check and beat with a spoon to break the ice crystals, repeat every 30 minutes until frozen.
