Ingredients (3 servings):
  • 250 g wheat flour
  • 500 ml semi or whole milk
  • 2 eggs
  • a pinch of salt
  1. Mix all ingredients until the batter is lump-free.
  2. Heat up a frying pan on high.
  3. Use a pastry brush to put some oil on the pan.
  4. Pour the batter on the pan, when it turns golden brown, flip.
