Smoothies

  • Apple-carrot smoothie
    • 4 apples
    • 2 large carrot
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp sugar

  • Banana-spinach smoothie
    • 2 bananas
    • 130g of baby spinach
    • 1 tbsp honey
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 yogurt
  • Mango smoothie
    • 300g frozen mango
    • 1 banana
    • 150g yogurt
    • 1 tbsp chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp raw sugar
    • milk to dilute

  • Coconut-banana protein smoothie
    • 2 bananas
    • 4 tbsp rice protein powder
    • 4 tbsp powdered coconut milk
    • 400 ml milk
    • 4 tbsp sugar
    • 2 tbsp jam of your choice

  • Banana-fig protein smoothie
    • 2 bananas
    • 4 tbsp rice protein powder
    • 10 dried pitted figs
    • 400 ml milk
    • (1 tbsp ground poppy)
  • Banana-orange smoothie
    • 2 bananas
    • 1 orange
    • 2/3 cup Greek yogurt
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 3 tsp honey
