Creamy Spaghetti/Linguine
Ingredients (2 servings):
- 180 g spaghetti/linguine or other noodle-like pasta
- 2 smaller onions, cut into small pieces
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1 tsp sake
- 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g baby spinach
- ground Parmesan cheese
Algorithm:
- Cook the pasta. After cooking, rinse and save 1/2 cup water.
- Heat up oil in a wok.
- Add onions and mushrooms and stir-fry. In the middle, add sake. For the last 1 minute, add garlic.
- Add the cream with the pasta water.
- Mix the pasta inside.
- When the pasta absorbs the sauce, turn the heat off and fold in baby spinach.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Serve with the cheese sprinkled on top.
