Creamy Spaghetti/Linguine

Ingredients (2 servings):
  • 180 g spaghetti/linguine or other noodle-like pasta
  • 2 smaller onions, cut into small pieces
  • 250 g mushrooms
  • 1 tsp sake
  • 4 cloves of garlic, crushed
  • 200 ml cream
  • 50 g baby spinach
  • ground Parmesan cheese
Algorithm:
  1. Cook the pasta. After cooking, rinse and save 1/2 cup water.
  2. Heat up oil in a wok.
  3. Add onions and mushrooms and stir-fry. In the middle, add sake. For the last 1 minute, add garlic.
  4. Add the cream with the pasta water.
  5. Mix the pasta inside.
  6. When the pasta absorbs the sauce, turn the heat off and fold in baby spinach.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Serve with the cheese sprinkled on top.
