Egg Clouds

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 4 egg whites
  • 4 egg yolks
  • a pinch of salt
Algorithm:
  1. Heat up the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Whisk the egg whites with the salt.
  3. Put the whisked eggs on a baking sheet, forming 4 clouds. Make an impression using a spoon in the middle of each cloud.
  4. Bake for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and place an egg yolk in the middle of each cloud.
  6. Bake for 5 more minutes.
