Chia Fresca
Ingredients
(1 cup):
1tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 cup of cold water (or 1 cup coconut water)
Algorithm:
Mix all in a cup and let stay for at least 15 minutes for the chia seeds to cover in gel.
