Chia Fresca

Ingredients (1 cup):
  • 1tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 1 cup of cold water (or 1 cup coconut water)
  1. Mix all in a cup and let stay for at least 15 minutes for the chia seeds to cover in gel.
